Archaeology in the Community

We are a group of enthusiastic amateurs whose aim is to promote archaeology and local history within the community and to provide opportunities for our members to enjoy a wide range of archaeological activities.  This includes guided walks, talks, trips, digs and research projects. We provide opportunities for practical experience in field walking, geo-physical surveys and excavation techniques along with social activities.
