​Wednesday 11th February - Tour Of Sheffield Archives - Due to high initial interest we have arranged for two tours of the Sheffield Archives, 52 Shoreham St, S14SP to be held on Wednesday,11th February 13:30 and 15:30 in order to accommodate the numbers indicated by the level of interest. Each tour will last circa 90 minutes. The tour will show you what is available to research in the archives and also some interesting historic documents stored in the strongroom.
The archives will be making a charge of £5.35 per person which you will need to pay plus an administration fee which The Time Travellers will cover to support this activity.
Please respond to Robert Allcroft by e-mail [email protected] indicating which of the sessions you prefer but also if you could attend either session as depending on numbers booking we would like to have two similar size groups. However, If numbers do not exceed 15 we will consider consolidating down to just one of the sessions.
Tuesday 24th February at 7.30pm Dore Old Shool - talk by Dr Michael Klemperer. The regeneration of forgotten landscapes  Looking at Brodsworth Hall & Gardens and Mount Grace Priory 
Dr Michael Klemperer is the Senior Gardens Curator for the North and Midlands, at English Heritage 
Wednesday 25th February  Coffee Morning, 10am - 12noon Main Hall, Dore Old School another opportunity to meet with other members and chat about things archaeological.
Tuesday 17th March at 7.30pm, Dore Old School  Roman Whirlow and Beyond
A talk by Dorne Coggins providing a light hearted review of findings by the Roman Landscape Group in advance of publishing details of the lost Roman Roads in our area
Wednesday 18th March Coffee Morning 10am-12noon Main Hall, Dore Old School meet and chat with fellow members over coffee and biscuits.
Tuesday 21st April 7:30 pm, Dore Old School -  Medieval Pilgrimages
A talk by Tony Parkins Providing an understanding of a medieval person’s reasons for making these journeys 
and seeing life through their eyes.
Wednesday 29th April  Coffee Morning 10am-12noon Main Hall, Dore Old School
